Mt. Romelo + 4 Waterfalls: a beginner-friendly day hike in Siniloan, Laguna, visiting Buruwisan, Lanzones, Batya-batya and Sampaloc Falls. What to expect: Mt. Romelo is a low mountain, but the trail is muddy clay, with river crossings and a steep descent to Buruwisan Falls. Some crossings are deeper than head height, so everyone gets a life vest, and local guides lead the group. Beginner-level, but come ready to get muddy.
